Hi Susan thanks so much for your help with my order. It was delivered in Germany yesterday to a young family we adore. This gift has generated so much joy!They were SOOOOOO happy to receive our gifts. We had a long video call on WhatsApp last... night with them. The mobile looks really great and they love it, and the baby will grow into the onesie before they know it. Our friends had been thinking about buying something like the mobile and... ta da, our gifts arrived! They are delighted that that the gifts are Australian and unique in their part of the world. I was despatched to find a gift for a cousin who had recently had a baby while visiting Sydney. Google showed me Bambino Eco Toys which I mistakenly took for a retail shop rather than being an online one. Susan answered the phone and without... hesitation helped me find a perfect gift that is going to make me famous with my wife and her cousin. We searched her catalogue online, she helped me sort out something just delightful within my budget - and her items are very well priced and high quality, then she even gift wrapped them and ran them out to me while I waited. What a great company! Easy to use site, beautifully made baby products. One of the items I ordered, wasn’t available and I actually got a text the same day I ordered, with photos of other items I could have instead. My order was delivered within 3... days! I made a last minutes order for my friend's new born twin babies. I ordered to send it directly to my friend. Susan sent me the photo of the gift that was beautifully wrapped with a very nice message card. I requested over the weekend and it was... ready to sent out on Monday morning and arrived in Tasmania on Tuesday midday. Communication with Susan was very easy and informative.
